With more than 15 years of experience in sports and entertainment sponsorship, Lauren Hart has built her career connecting brands to properties through both partnership strategy and sales.

She most recently served as Head of Partnership Strategy at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, where she led the development and execution of the company’s global sponsorship portfolio. Prior to Cirque, Lauren spent nearly a decade at Topgolf Entertainment Group, where she played a key role in shaping and scaling the brand’s partnership strategy. She began her career at IMG Golf, managing the agency’s relationship with Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys playing golf, mahjong and reading while spending time with her 3-year-old golden retriever, Sophie. Lauren currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
