With 20+ years of sports and entertainment industry experience, Shane Hildreth is currently the Founder & President of SMH Sports & Entertainment. SMH focuses on being the connection between brands looking to market in the high affinity marketplace of sports and the teams seeking these brands. From strategic sponsorship development and negotiations to securing stadium naming rights and managing NIL deals, SMH’s comprehensive services are designed to capitalize their clients’ exposure and engagement.

Before launching SMH, Shane was most recently CEO of VYPE Media, a company that provides exclusive content and marketing services for high schools and youth organizations. With unique approaches to the promotion of student athletics, VYPE Media engages local communities of players, teams, coaches, families, and fans and develops student-athletes, helps schools improve success rates, and provides compelling opportunities for advertisers and sponsors wanting to reach the high school and youth sports market. Other previous roles include IMG College where Shane was the VP of Regional Sales over the Southwest focused on revenue generating programs across multiple University Athletic programs from Nebraska to Texas, while also managing the day-to-day operations for University of Houston, Rice University and the Red River Showdown; Director of Sponsorship Sales for the Houston Astros; Corporate Development Manager for the Houston Texans and Lone Star Sports and Entertainment.

Shane currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Regay and children, Audrey (17) and James (15). When off the clock, he’s either hunting, fishing, golfing or at one of his kids sporting events.
